I've been to this branch several times now and have to say that I was served competently, quickly and in a friendly manner each time. The service is great!
The bad reviews are not understandable for me. I find it particularly questionable to criticize the allegedly bad German of an employee and to have some spelling problems myself ...
I was there in the middle of summer and my buddy had a heat stroke, I just wanted a small cup of tap water so that he was at least a little better, and what did I have to listen to "that makes 20 ct please" just insolence
Do not understand some reviews here! Had a super friendly wait staff. Courteous, fresh sandwich made on request. Everything great. And that with the Corona guest slips, I don't find it bad. You have to fill them in everywhere before you sit down where. You also have to accommodate the staff, I think. They don't have it easy at the time !!!!

have been coming here twice a day for the past five years, I've had employees come and go
Now there is a new employee I've read a lot of Kommis what I have to say that I have never experienced it. The gentleman is very nice, friendly, he even brings things to the table
The corona rules are also observed, so there is nothing to complain about. His German is good, but unfortunately not everyone understands him with his mask
