I don't think I'm going to visit them again If you can't handle children's crying I think you should change your specialty

I cannot understand the negative reviews at all. Was there today with my 11 year old son for the first time. And it was great! The doctor took her time and explained everything to my son in detail. We would like to come again! My Sogn liked it a lot !! Above all, the screen on the ceiling so that he could watch a film while he was being treated. Also the nice idea with the coin as a "reward" at the end with which you can choose something from the play box.

Unfortunately, we would like to join the negative reviews. We too recently went to the practice for the first time, which is really beautifully designed and my child immediately felt comfortable. The dental assistant was also well received and was very nice. Therefor the 2 stars. That changed when the doctor walked in, sat on the chair and told my child to open her mouth without warning. I noted beforehand that he was always afraid of doctors and expected the first visit to introduce the child, ask them what their name is or something. Unfortunately nothing like that happened. When she started crying and screaming, the doctor's bile rose noticeably bit by bit. She did not talk to him well and calmly and tried to comfort or calm down with words, but said she would now count to 3 and then he would have to stop crying immediately. It counted too, but of course nothing happened. She also said he wouldn't get a present if he didn't calm down now. He would be old enough to understand her, she doesn't understand why he behaves like that and and and ... My child cried through to the end and said at home that he would never go there again. And that was just a check-up appointment, so the doctor didn't have to "do" anything and still had no nerves. I only stayed calm because of my child, but I could have hit the ceiling. We won't come back either.

Our daughter asks regularly when she can go to the children's dentist again. This time we should come up with something new again. Thank you for the warm support

We went to a children's dentist for the first time after our actual dentist referred us there. We got an appointment quickly. The attending doctor was nice, but not very interested in providing information as parents about the treatment. After the x-ray we were told what had to be done. 5 fillings (double / triple) and 3-4 crowns and that under general anesthesia as quickly as possible, otherwise a tooth may have to be completely extracted. The day after tomorrow there would still be an appointment, then the anesthetist will not be there for 3 weeks. Make an appointment, goodbye. Mind you, our daughter is 4 years old. Since we were so unsure, thank God we decided to get a second opinion. At another children's dentist (Löwenzahn) in Landshut, the whole preliminary talk was much more pleasant and, above all, all the possibilities and procedures were explained to us parents. Result 3 fillings (simple) and a crown. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Young Smile at all.
