They do a good job, but the waiting time is too long! Although they have enough workplace, but not enough staff!

The waiting time is always worthwhile - regular customer for 4 years and always gone out satisfied. Due to the current situation with appointment also completely uncomplicated. Big compliments and thanks to the Klier team

Absolutely children unfriendly !!! Am with twins 2 years old been there, supposedly cut without appointment. 2 men as customers in front of us, about 10 min waiting time according to the lady in the hairdresser. I was shopping at the Edeka before and wanted to bring shopping into the car, so that the children do not unnecessarily stress in the store ... Children have no patience in the age !!!! Thereupon the lady in the shop, yes but in the time someone else come I edit this, as if the way from shop to the parking lots is a world trip .... Said done, I with shopping and the kids to the car and back. Not one more than before in the store. The lady now it is 20 min wait .... Even for such small children can not be an exception? But big claims cut without appointment ... And then as unfriendly as if I had nothing better to do all day waiting to wait for the hairdresser ... Never again and for no mother with children recommended !!!! Day of the event 9.8.19 between 9.00-9: 30 o'clock ...
