I took my son in earlier today. They were able to cut his hair straight away and did a really good job. My son was really pleased. They also spoke English and were really helpful. Thanks New Cut.

Best Cut
I actually wanted my hair to be streaked ashen blonde with a darker base. My actual hairdresser Dilara was still busy, so a "colleague" started dyeing. (Don't name any names now, because I don't want to get personal) At some point I said to her "But it will be very dark now" Answer: "It has to be like this" At least 5 pictures shown as a template. The bottom line was that I was almost black up to my ears. 155 € 😠 the next day, the rescue attempt ... failed. No discount, no insight, no apology.

I had it touched up by another hairdresser in the meantime. Another 120 €, but I can dare to go out on the streets again!

has never been so disappointed after a hairdresser appointment. I wasn't even offered water and my hairdresser didn't even understand what I wanted because of language problems.
