My haircut request was explained in 3 different languages (including me in English in the beginning) to 3 thunder people (1st person spoke English really good) and on the end completely ignored. I payed full price even after saying I'm unhappy with the result

I have been a loyal customer of Momo for 6 years and that will not change 😋 for me it is a short vacation to look like a person again and to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the world. No matter if apparance or men's. Everywhere you feel immediately welcome and understood. The staff are friendly, helpful and competent. And the amount of services that you get at a reasonable price is just great.
