My heating pump was defective and I asked the installer of the system (Mr. Neufeld sr., 1992) to offer an exchange. I waited three weeks for a mechanic, then another three months for an offer that I did not receive. In the meantime I have written e-mails and called Mr. Neufeld sr., As well as several times with his secretary. I was always assured that the offer would come soon, but that there was a lot to do. After three months, when asked, the secretary told me that I should try to find another installer. Your boss tends to sit out some things and hoped that I would take care of someone else on my own. I feel really badly treated by this behavior and have communicated this over the phone. Mr. Neufeld did not think it necessary to speak to me. I find this behavior impossible and therefore advise against this company!
