For more than 20 years I have been a customer of Hostetter. During this time I have awarded more than 50.000, - to orders (for example, solar system, pellet heating, water installation, underfloor heating at house cultivation). In August 2018 !! I asked for an appointment for my solar and pellet plant. I was told this was too early, because now the heating is off. It would be enough that I sign up in October after my vacation. Since then, I am constantly comforted with the following justifications, for example: an employee is ill, before the end of the year we have to replace three more boilers, as they do not survive the winter; We have no time at all until February 15, 2019, as the tax return must be completed. On my last call on 19.02.2019 !! I was told that I would receive a callback because of the maintenance appointment. To this day (10.05.2019) I have heard nothing more from the Hofstetter company. I suspect that you only want to make expensive investments here, but you do not look after customers, even prime customers. I have been waiting for 8 months.
