Bought a white shoulder bag 4 weeks ago, unfortunately after this short time it looks like it has been worn for at least half a year. The problem is, it stains. When worn, it takes on all the colors you have been in contact with. Jacket, cloth bag and even the black strap of the bag. Unfortunately, a complaint was unsuccessful. In order for me to have a warranty claim, the bag would have to be impregnated when I bought it, which nobody explained to me. Staff was very friendly, I rate it with 5 stars, but the complaint actually 0 stars, therefore 1 star
