Didn't think that if you can't come to the appointment 1-2 times. Can't get it anymore ... according to a lady behind the counter, you can’t even get it if you don’t keep your appointments. These appointments were supposedly in 2016 and it is 2020. I hear this for the first time and no longer come into practice, although I have always been with them otherwise. Very impolite.
