I have been working with BRUNNER products, especially FIREPLACES, for more then 10 years. Everything works perfect If You follow the instructions. After 'abusing' 2 FIREPLACES for more then 6 years, 6 months per year, 12 hours a day, I can say for sure they are the Best quality. Company staff is more then friendly and always eager to help. No matter If You sell 10 FIREPLACES or 100, every year, they behave with You like You are the most important reseller in the world. Thank You BRUNNER!
Unfortunately, as a customer, you are left in the lurch after making a purchase. There is almost no customer service. If you report problems, you get no help or support and certainly no accommodation. If I had known that beforehand, I would not have installed an expensive Brunner system with a water-bearing tiled stove.
The second stove insert that has to be replaced next year (also a well from the 80s, by the way) will not be left out of this house.
It's a shame because you actually want to buy from the region.
Great devices, great quality, very competent employees. The service technician even brings a carpet to protect the parquet floor and his own slippers. I can absolutely recommend it.
There are several paradises in front of the company where you can stand overnight. There is a toilet with shower in the reception desk. Very long waiting time for loading.
Last year we decided on a Brunner Architektur Kamin 45/101 with boiler and EOS 7 due to the quality promise and the German production location. As expected, the quality of the fireplace is high. As guaranteed, there is no sooting of the viewing window, provided that the fireplace is operated correctly.
Initial problems in communication could be put aside. Hence five stars from my side!
