I would like to give 0 points. The good woman in there is just a full seller disaster. She is unfriendly and never seems to care about her customers. She simply does not answer questions at all or is very quick. I've been to her a few times now but nothing changes. I won't put a foot in there anymore. You shouldn't be surprised if you buy everything online instead of trying on site. The opening times are anything but contemporary and even they don't keep. It is either late or closes 10 minutes before the shop closes. It will fall on the nose in Pan as well as in Birnbach.
