Here you are still human and not a number! In the Merkur pharmacy, I am always given detailed advice on a wide variety of questions, if medication is not available, a replacement is taken care of. Mr. Härtl is there personally for his customers, especially for trickier pharmacological concerns. My family just feels that they are in good hands here. Thank you so much!

This pharmacist is currently absolutely trying to take advantage of the crisis and is selling thermometers (currently unfortunately in short supply) that do not work and the battery cannot be changed. In addition, equal treatment of customers in the event of a crisis is definitely not guaranteed. Never again!!!

Wanted to pick up my permanent drug bounced to OTHER pharmacy with "there's no, not deliverable" ... Called here, got in a very friendly way, the same statement with the explanation that it was up to the supplier. Immediately I was offered an identical agent with a different name and ordered. When picking up very detailed advice why it could happen and that this remedy is completely the same: PERFECT !!
