I don't understand the negative reviews! We and our 3 children have been with Dr. Stetter and have always been treated professionally and well, both medically and personally. Short-term toothaches are always treated very quickly, sometimes on the same day. The ladies at the reception, the medical assistants, as well as the doctors are always absolutely nice, courteous and professional. The children are treated in a child-friendly manner and each of our children is treated differently! We are legally insured! Many thanks to the entire team!

I don't understand all of these negative reviews. Ms. Stetter was recommended to me for my children by many other mothers, all of whom have been patients in the practice for many years. The staff is very friendly and in a good mood - children are treated well. Ms. Stetter in particular is extremely patient, friendly, calm and loving to my children. In addition, everything is very child-friendly. I can only imagine that the negative reviews about the practice on the other side of the street apply. We were there at the beginning and my daughter was scared and cried on her first visit. Then the owner arrived and snapped at my child in front of my eyes, what was going on and what if it should stop crying. I took my child straight away and left the practice, my daughter was almost traumatized. Then I switched to Ms. Stetter - and since then my daughter has no longer been afraid of the dentist.

Read through all of the one star ratings ... and go one better. We were even blackmailed by the practice that our 3 year old son should be treated under general anesthesia. Since Dr. too lazy to treat children. You would put the youth welfare office on us! Because we are bad parents. The trigger was my call to the private health insurance company DKV to talk about the costs and treatment. The DKV refused to pay for this treatment in full, on the grounds that it was life-threatening, unnecessary and only in the case of serious illnesses or disabilities could this be acquired. If we hadn't formed we would have been € 10,000 poorer and would have endangered the life of our only son. This doctor's license should be revoked.

I have been with my son at Frau Doktor for years and then switched to her myself !! I have to say the whole team and Frau Doktor are all super friendly and a very well coordinated and courteous team !! We are very satisfied👍👍❣

This dentist found tooth decay in me every time. I have never had tooth decay in my life before moving on to her. At the third finding of caries, I became skeptical after she had looked for about two seconds and said it had to be drilled. After switching to the other dentist, the caries was successfully treated conservatively. Terrible dentist, and the reviews that say her main concern is profit are absolutely spot-on. Do yourself a favor and find another one.
