Unfortunately not good service. Apart from the fact that our Vorwerk VR200 had to be sent in twice because of the same error and that does not speak for the promised Vorwerk quality, I now also feel ripped off. New filters and brushes were sold to me in the store in Landshut, but I was not told that they would be replaced for 199 EUR during the repair. Now I'm a lot of money for nothing, the brushes and filters are gone, and the only reaction I get is a workshop phone number. Vorwerk as a company has even left two emails unanswered. I definitely don't buy anything from Vorwerk anymore, and certainly not in the store in Landshut.

The employee did not approach us, although we were obviously interested in the new Thermomix. When asked, we couldn't even be told how much it currently costs. Sorry, but you don't have that many different products in your range, so you can expect that the employees at least know about the prices. Overall, very inadequate advice.

Cute shop, but where you can get everything you want :) very friendly staff, who offer comprehensive advice if you want it.

Came to the shop at 10.30am with other customers and found that it was not lit and nobody was there! Despite knocking several times, we would not be open although it should be open from 10am! No hint, slip of paper or not asking why on the Internet? This is not serious business practice! Vorwerk can at least "hang out" the unique selling point in this shop!
