After about 15 years and probably a few thousand euros that I spent there, I will no longer go there. 1. The queue outside is actually unreasonable. It was like this in the spring, with the first wave, and now, for a few weeks, again. On December 21, 2020 around 5 p.m. there will be a waiting time of 25 minutes. The probability of catching a cold while waiting outside and thereby weakening the immune system (also against Covid 19) is probably much greater than that of being infected in the pharmacy if the hygiene regulations (mask, distance, etc.) are observed. And actually a pharmacy should also have a sensible air purification system ... 2. When I finally got to the counter (actually there were far too few counters occupied for the rush) I checked out the free FFP-2 masks. Answer only if you have a disease that is on the list. A few years ago I suffered an optic nerve infarction, which can be seen as a heart attack or a stroke on the optic nerve, but the saleswoman remained stubborn. Despite the medication plan (I have been taking the drugs typical for stroke patients for years, such as blood pressure lowerers, beta blockers, cholesterol lowering drugs, etc.) and this is of course also known to the Goldbach pharmacy after I have picked up my medication here every 3 months. When I was asked to take my previous illness into consideration, the saleswoman asked her colleague and she also pointed to the list, where my previous illness is explicitly not mentioned, but analogously (and as an employee of a pharmacy you should already know) I belong of course to a risk group that is actually meant by this list (which of course cannot be complete for reasons of space) ... I was offered to buy FFP 2 masks, which I declined with thanks ... 3. The icing on the cake was when I wanted to redeem my prescription. Unfortunately, my family doctor registered the cholesterol lowering drug (atorvastatin) and the beta blocker (metropolitan succinate) from another company and not those from the manufacturer from whom I have been taking these drugs for years. My request to give me the drugs from the manufacturer (1A Pharma) was rejected on the grounds that only the drugs listed in the prescription are given verbatim for a small additional payment (5 euros / drug), otherwise there is a surcharge. It also happened to me for the first time in this pharmacy .. Conclusion: I declined with thanks and decided not to get any more medication from the pharmacy. I just don't see that a long-standing customer is treated like this and that there is no concession. The next day, went to another pharmacy where everything went smoothly, without any theater, without stubbornly sticking to any lists ...

Super nice employee, great advice. I didn't have the feeling of being sold at all, but was also given extensive advice on various prices and products. Am home with a lot of information and will definitely come back. 👍🏻 Really great.

Cheap prices. Almost at the level of online pharmacies. Staff always friendly and competent. I like to shop there.
