My son hat 40 fever so I run at 05:00 Uhr to the nearest Diensthabenden Apotheke which was this one. I was waiting 15‘ there ringing the bell many times and no one appeared. I had to search for another Diensthabenden Apotheke.
In case you have an emergency don’t bother to go there. You will only loose your time.
I have been a long-standing customer of the Kugel pharmacy and have never been disappointed, both professionally and personally!

I've been a regular customer for years. Especially because the pharmacist really has a good level of expertise that usually goes beyond the package insert. For a few months now, the service and advice has become pretty mediocre. I noticed a particularly negative aspect of a young man with very poor knowledge of German who has zero specialist knowledge and is very unfriendly. So really a shame for this beautiful traditional pharmacy
I was given excellent advice by a young pharmacist. If I want to subtract a star, I could do so at most because of its easily incomprehensible Upper Palatinate dialect. As the northern lights from the Hamburg area, however, I can hardly include this as a criterion. All good, high level of expertise, would come back anytime.
