I would prefer not to award a star. I was assured that a drug would be exchanged. Unfortunately, then allegedly nobody knew about the agreement, or the gentleman who assured me suddenly said something else. The day he wanted to be on duty, in case I come to exchange it, he wasn't there. I wasn't sure if I still had the medication at home. Hence the agreement. The person on duty was not informed about the arrangement and was angry. In this respect I can already imagine the reason for the denial. Now I can go there again to pick up the medication because it will not be exchanged as agreed. And then I'm not even called back as agreed. Cowardly and incredibly naughty. Really disappointing
Beautiful pharmacy with an ancient half timbered beams from the year 1477?!? The advice is very good. Friendliness is average. What bothers me a bit is that they are a bit stingy there. It is not crucial and does not replace good advice, but even with a purchase of over 600, - €, there was not even a pack of tempo for us. No shopping ...
