Helpful staff. I first paid a visit here because they are in the payback program. But the reason i keep going back is the helpful people.
The behavior of the thick employee with the blond hair was impossible. You haven't heard of customer friendliness yet?
Good pharmacy directly at the Sebalder Höfe with very customer-friendly opening times and lots of additional service. Is offered e.g. a delivery service, the possibility to pre-order medication and prescriptions via the app to avoid unnecessary waiting times or the typical multiple visits. Very comfy, helpful and friendly staff. Highly Recommended!
I had bad experience today! According to the prescription. I should get a medication from AAA-Pharma. Instead of this she gave me another brand and I don't want that. She says the effect is the same. But I still don't want to because I think "Mercedes and Hyundai are not the same!".
What I don't like is that she didn't ask me if I agreed and just give me the other brand of medicine. If I take other brands of medicine, what do you do with bad reactions, who is responsible? My doctor thinks I took the medication he prescribed, but I actually took another medication
I took my prescription back!
