We ordered pants by phone on Monday, October 12th, 2020. The nice young employee took the order by phone. We informed him that we would like to pick up the pants on the following Friday. He explained that it wasn't a problem and the pants were there are Today we wanted to pick up the pants. It was when we entered the shop only one customer in the shop. Four employees were standing around in the next room. Until someone served me, it took 10 minutes (as already written there was only one customer in the shop) Then finally came An employee I told the employee my name and told her that I had ordered pants on Monday by phone and I would like to pick them up. The lady then went back into the next room and it took five minutes until she came back I thought that she was already mine I had brought pants with me but first I had to sign as usual. Then she went to get the pants from the warehouse even though I had already ordered them on Monday. Now I had to wait 10 minutes again until the lady came back from the basement. I have in the past Already several times the employees pointed out that the pants are fuzzy or there are always little wadding ch out of the pants and stick to the briefs or underwear in general I always got the answer: We'll pass it on This afternoon I pointed this out to the employee again and she also said I'll pass it on. Apparently the employees do not know about it How many talers are given to the customer I've been a Medicon customer for 1 1/2 years and I always order an average of 3 packages. Today I received 3 talers. Last month it was only two although I also bought three packages of pants So far there have always been large white plastic bags. Last time I was briskly pointed out that I had to pay 50 cents. I am happy to pay the fifty cents, but the tone should be adjusted Should I continue to be served under these conditions in the future, I will consult my health insurance company and visit another pharmacy Best regards Rosi Engelmann
