Auf Deutsch I asked the man there if he could help me in English. He answered in German that he could not help me and that I should be speaking to him auf Deutsch.
I walked to the back of the store to try to find the part myself, where I overhead him speak in perfect English to his co-worker.
Ps. Another worker did try to help me in English and he was very nice.
I wanted to have my gas heater (Weiland) serviced / repaired. But they don't want new customers - especially not for old systems.
Long-established company. You always get everything you need and you are reliable.
Arrogant harsh responses to nice requests for spare parts and ridiculously posed (know-it-all) never to this company again (2nd experience)
