Not to be recommended! The agreed service was not fulfilled due to a lack of knowledge as a "specialist". And the work that was partially carried out despite a complaint (connection tap tilted, dripping) billed in full. Before an appointment was even made for the improvement, the invoice was already in the mailbox (within 2 days). The agreed callback on the same day at noon did not take place, but only on the following in the late afternoon. Even communication and maintaining respect for the customer leave a lot to be desired! The customer is described as "cheeky" when he is understandably angry - what kind of business practice? Really bad customer service!

I wanted to get an offer for a toilet lid including assembly, because Blosa is around the corner and I like to support companies in the area. So I sent pictures by mail. Then I got the brief answer days later: do not know manufacturers, we can not do anything with it. Very professional for a specialist shop ... So I found the exact article name on the net in one minute and sent it to Blosa via email. Thereupon came directly the answer. Do not have our suppliers. All right then. In summary, a shop does not have the competence to order a common toilet lid let alone find out which item was meant to politely correspond with customers who want to spend 400 euros for a toilet lid with them. At Dreyer Haustechnik Erlangen it was no problem. Offer received in 2 hours. BOUGHT!!! 1 * just because you have to give it. Luckily, there are still competent and friendly companies. THANKS FOR THAT!
