The heat and wave team has been accompanying us for some time now in all matters relating to our heating. And this really excellent! In particular, the advice given by Mr. Büttner shows that heat and wave are really about finding solutions that are tailor-made for the customer and appropriate to the overall situation. We are very satisfied with the implementation and adjustment of our heating system, as well as with the assistance in various issues and highly recommend heat and wave on!

Never again heat + shaft GmbH & Co. KG !!! The company heat and wave convince me in no way as a specialist company. The communication with the owner of the company is partly not possible or only very very late. For our new building we were given by the developer Bau-in-Holz, Hiltpoltstein, the company heat + wave. Already during the construction period, we had to intervene again and again to regulate, so that no false connections or other oddities. But as a heat pump is installed correctly, I had to rely on the "specialist" - a very big mistake. The heat pump was set incorrectly during installation, but this turned out only after the 5-year warranty, as the fan performance had decreased noticeably. Reason: Missing access at the back of the unit to clean the preheat exchanger. However, this was not detected at the time of the annual maintenance during the acceptance by Stiebel Eltron or the company Merz from Erlangen. After a year of futile efforts on my part and stalling tactics and false statements by W + W to achieve a cost-neutral solution for us, I no longer feel like it and will seek a solution myself. The company Bau-in-Holz was no help for us anymore. That's why I want to share my negative experiences with the company Wärme + Welle GmbH & Co. KG from Nuremberg in the network with this recession.

Satisfied with customer service for years. The last time, however, more broken and then despite repeated appointments the error of the young mechanic and the boss himself not found. Another company immediately noticed that a nozzle fell out of service. At least what W + W so fair and has not put a bill.

The starting point was a disgusting, fat flood in the basement (about 20 cm high) in May of this year. The basement had to be pumped out by a specialist company. It turned out that the lifting system for the grease separator in our restaurant was defective. Thereupon the company Wärme + Welle was commissioned, which had installed the lifting system in 2014. In addition to the commissioning, I expressly pointed out in my email that I was assuming a warranty case. The W + W company was on site quickly and replaced the lifting unit, as it could no longer be repaired. Exactly a week later ... Another disgusting, fat flood in the basement. The basement had to be pumped out again by the same specialist company. W + W was called again. This time, too, the lifting system was swapped again quickly on site, since, according to the company's own statement, it was a defective device that was swapped for warranty. On May 22nd We then received an invoice for around 1,065 euros. I wrote to W + W, a little strange, because I was still assuming a warranty case - after I had not received any other information in the meantime. My last email from June didn’t get any more and I assumed that the matter was done with that. In the middle of September the company W + W heard from them again and stated that they had "lost sight of the matter" and the Bookkeeping would finally have reminded of the case. When I asked several times why there was no consultation before the (first) exchange, although someone was on site all day, they finally admitted that they had neglected this and that the costs for the second pumping out of the cellar were around I want to participate 50%. That leaves an invoice of 900 euros. This seemed unfair to me and I offered a payment of 500 euros. W + W refused and I have now instructed the 900 euros to be paid in order to finally close the case and not waste any more time. However, we will refrain from further orders from W + W in the future. Note: It was important to me to present the situation as detailed as possible so that everyone can get their own picture. Personally, I find it unfair to only rate it negatively Update 08/18/2018: After the basement was flooded again yesterday, I asked the manufacturer of the lifting system directly. This research has shown that the lifting system installed by the company Wärme und Welle is not intended for use in conjunction with a grease separator and should therefore never have been installed. After this knowledge I will now try to repair the damage, as well as the installation of a suitable lifting system and deduct one star from the company Wärme und Welle!
