After erroneous measurements were made, I waited since February for the replacement of an inoperable screw that the chimney sweep can carry out his measurements. After admonition of the chimney sweep, I made 1 appointment, here nobody was looking and only after I called I was told, they will not come today. The appointment on the following day was promised to me, was also not respected. Again, no information and no one can reach by phone! Reliability definitely looks different!
