I find it outrageous and very pathetic that a well-known medical supply company like Adviva has not been able to mobilize a customer for 2 weeks. No wonder if even your own employees switch to the competition. If I could I would have given 0.00 stars.

Deposit service Top - Appointment unfortunately not. I'm actually a happy customer. However, I last made an appointment for deposits during my school time, to which I then already had my degree and thus had free extra 30km drove to Neckargemuend. Unfortunately, in vain, lights out, doors closed and a sign "No office hours for deposits" today. In such a case, it is better to contact customers at the dates already agreed. The telephone service put the mishap on an inexperienced employee. Now I have a new appointment in 2 weeks and hopefully it will be better. Otherwise, the rating drops very quickly to 1 star ... There is more !!!

So far I have placed three orders with the company and unfortunately I have to criticize the service, the product quality, the customer contact, the opening times and the waiting time. Overall, I would describe everything as miserable. Normally, you should weigh the positive with the negative, in this case that is really not possible, as I cannot think of a single positive point. My overall impression of the company is that the location is mainly intended to work through the minimum principle. Customer satisfaction is the lowest priority in my opinion. I'm doing an apprenticeship at the SRH, where there is a meeting point for people who need orthopedic help. Since Adviva is right at the main entrance of the SRH in Neckargemünd, it is extremely practical at first, as many have severe problems to cover a longer distance to the next contact point. Unfortunately, that's not how it is intended. In my opinion, it is intended to be able, for the most part, to force participants of the SRH almost to have to buy products there. I am by far not the only one who is really dissatisfied and expresses my opinion. The first order was for a wheelchair, the employee wrote down my phone number correctly, I checked it and told me that he will be in touch with me in three weeks at the latest. Since no one answered after a month, I went there personally and asked. What happened next, should have told me directly, better keep your hands off this company. You lost my prescription, didn't know anything about me and the person in charge wasn't there. When he came back he told me that he had given it to someone, he couldn't give me a reasonable reason for that, and he couldn't tell me who exactly. This is something I don't want to express my opinion about in words, as the review may also be read by children. Got a new recipe, handed in, waited forever again, walked there again. The reason why I wrote “on foot” is that I had extreme difficulties walking at the time and therefore needed a wheelchair. Does it make sense to demand unnecessary, superfluous and long distances that the patient can only cover on foot, even though he has severe problems walking and needs a wheelchair to save on the sidewalk, so that he or she will ever be given a wheelchair? What I then found out, of course only after my patience broke and I moved there myself, on foot, was that I was insured with AOK Bayern, that's why only approved companies are allowed to work for them, Adviva is not approved, that's why do not work for AOK Bayern / for me. Stupid AOK, I thought to myself at first. I called there and found out that this is nonsense, the AOK only needs a cost estimate. That's why I then had the wheelchair made elsewhere. It goes on, then I had insoles made for my shoes, the cheapest ones that are covered by health insurance. After about 2 weeks they broke and I couldn't use them anymore, unless I wanted to target pain in the foot. That could possibly only be due to the fact that it is the cheapest option. But I didn't feel like exchanging it. Could also be seen as “your own fault”. The next time I ordered the higher-priced insoles for sports shoes. The employee wrote down my phone number, said he will answer. I checked the phone number because it happened to me that it was written down incorrectly and I was therefore not reached. She was right. After more than a month, the shoes that I had bought new and the day after ordering the insoles, making impressions etc., were already so warped due to the misalignment of my feet that I now get sore spots on my feet every time I wear the shoes. 👎👎👎👎👎
