If I could I wouldn't give you a star !!! My mother is in your shop around noon today because a friend recommended you. She was asked what she was looking for, of course my mother answered her and said warm comfortable shoes, the saleswoman said "we don't have anything like that". Then my mother said I can still look around here and the saleswoman "NO, you can go straight away, there are no shoes that fit you" (if at least it had been in a normal tone) Rude !!!!!!

Unfortunately, I can not give 0 stars. I think this is the only store in Nuremberg in the goods the unworn / new goods not taken back. If you already have that hand then please inform all customers. It would suffice to have a sign with the note shoes are exchanged only for shoes-no coupon - no money back or the like. But you do not want it -> then probably 50% of buyers would put the goods back! Incredible service thought !!!

I have been a customer in the shop for years and am not a big fan of reviews. But due to an event, I decided to leave a review. A person who was completely disrespectful to the staff was banned from the house and then shouted across the country: "You get a bad Google rating for that." I have absolutely no understanding for such actions and do not find it fair. Therefore dear Champa team: Should you read this review, please stay as you are, I like to go to the shop and as mentioned at the beginning, fan for years :)
