We were there on Saturday and the staff welcomed us very well. Unfortunately you had to wait due to the limited number of customers. When I was advised, the colleague pointed out the mask requirement to visitors who came in and would like to come back again.

The staff are quite friendly, but not really competent. The shoes I ordered never arrived. I will most likely never enter the store again.

Shoes cannot be exchanged after 5 p.m. because they supposedly have no more money in the till. Absolutely ridiculous the "branch manager"
