Neat, friendly seller, wide range. Personally, I don't like it when the shoes are not sorted by size and you have to be surprised with each model whether it is available in the appropriate size. Hence only three stars.
The 3 salespeople had snuggled together behind the cash register despite the Corona times. The choice of shoes is not too extensive. The prices are solala.
It has discounts now. And good choice.
I generally always buy from the Reno because you are my shoe size and comfortable shoes. The prices and discounts are good. You get customer friendliness, helpfulness and recommendations from all the employees who work there. Teamwork is also very important there.
It's a shame that the Reno was closed in Regensburg December, I really hope that it stays here.
