Greeting was friendly, but none of the staff wanted to assist me. Asked 2 of the employees to try a shoe on, and ended up leaving after waiting for 10 minutes.

We came into the store and were downright followed. You couldn't take a step alone. It just made pressure and a discomfort that you couldn't look at your shoes in peace. It was also a communication on a very bad level. Sometimes I didn't understand the seller. I was happy to have been outside again.
Younger employees are humiliated by the superiors in front of the customers, something like that is absolutely not possible! Bad mood when you come in, branch management seems to be doing something wrong .. Definitely no more shopping in this shop.
Very good advice, quiet and child-friendly. With the exchange without reservation withdrawn (of course with ticket and almost unused shoes). The children's slide is still there, as it was 20 years ago.
