Ordered shoes on Wednesday and had them the next day! Unfortunately, the size were too small and had to send them back. One size up was sold out otherwise I would have kept them for sure. That would have been my 3rd pair of lloyd shoes. I'm so sad they didn't have my size anymore. The look and the quality were fantastic.
I think the Lloyds shoe brand is of very good quality, especially in terms of value for money

The quality of the shoes is deteriorating. The design is becoming more mainstream and for the elderly. Some of the women in the shop are rather bored or look angry at you when you enter the shop with sneakers. Well, with the sauerkraut perm, the good lady still lives in a different era. Offers almost no more. There are many cheaper shoes in the surrounding shoe shops. Oh and if you want to buy shoes and check them for defects before paying ... Mortal sin! And then find some and want another couple = end of the world. Conclusion: No shoes bought (from such a lousy saleswoman) over to Karstadt and get these shoes even cheaper; of course without flaws. It's a shame about the retail space in the formerly good Kaiserstrasse.
