My husband was there to pick up two elbow bandages. He was given two bandages for which he should pay 22 € per bandage, i.e. 44 € additional payment. We decided to try another medical supply store and lo and behold, for an additional payment of € 11 he got two bandages that were equivalent. I had called there to ask why the price difference is so big the lady I had called was quite friendly, but I could hear the unfriendly lady in the background who had served my husband as she said sloppily, we should take them are cheaper. Thanks for the tip, we did that too! Before you start making something, check out other medical supply stores to see if you can get it a little cheaper. I don't want to question your service principles, but you don't have to assure me, as I was allowed to overhear the statements of your employee in person. It wasn't the first time that I was annoyed about the service. I am also pleased that you have consulted with your staff, the worse that you tolerate this species. And if you have any further questions, I would be happy to turn to an employee, but certainly not in her branch.

I went to Orthopädie Korn on 12.11.2013, because I needed a knee bandage. An employee took measurements and should order the bandage. Since after almost two weeks still no call came, I called on Thursday, the 22.11.2013, to me to inquire about the state of things. I was lucky and immediately had the employee on the phone where I already came with the recipe, so she knew who I was. She promised to call the supplier and me afterwards - but there was no call again. The following Tuesday I called again, but had another employee on the phone. She found the recipe and said that her colleague was responsible for that. At my asking why she could not make this call instead of her colleague to let me know, came only evasive answers. I explained to her that I had absolutely no understanding that I would wait for more than two weeks for a bandage and that the store would not explode if she called the supplier. But nothing - so I decided to go and pick up my recipe. I did that on the said Tuesday (26.11.2013) and walked a few meters to the corner of the road to Bächle. I submitted the recipe there, my knee was measured and on Friday, 29.11.2013, I had my knee bandage! Thumbs down for orthopedic corn!

I was very satisfied with Glotz regarding service and advice. The employee took a lot of time, gave me detailed advice and quickly got the right prosthesis. Also at the second appointment, the fitting of the discussed models, I had a lot of time and could relax-taste. The employee supported me with her advice in the selection. That was last year and I am still happy with the selected parts. Therefore, I can only pass on good.

I would be on 24/11/2015 by a coworker, operated because of an elbow bandage. First she took the measurements off my elbows and then she came with the bandage, pulled it on the elbow and explained to me how to use it. Then told me that I had to pay 6 € in addition to the cash register. Since I did not have any money with her, I offered her to pay with my debit card when she said in a dry and rude tone, "I can not collect anything under $ 10, get the bandage off and come with the money back ". The first thing that came to my mind were xenophobia feelings (as you can tell, I'm not a German). The problem is that I'm not a criminal, I work and pay taxes like any burger, even if my German is not so good, and I will not leave this country until I want to. Do not get me wrong, maybe, as you said, maybe she can not do anything (meanwhile I believe she can not do anything at all), but she should be a little friendly and considerate to her clientele and not treat her almost like delinquents , A nice explanation would have reached. So I ran to the bank and got some money out, and when I got back to the medical supply store, she was inside on his desk and other girls were serving me. I paid with a € 10 bill and told the girl that she could keep the rest (by the way, not that you think that just because I'm a foreigner, I'll fuck 6 € shit ...). My decision, I can not recommend medical supply and will recommend it to anyone (German or foreign).
