It is a nice store.. Lady was very helpful and tried to help. Take care, sizes and choices are alittle small. From 8 pairs of shoes we asked only one was available for my wife's size.. 37,5. Nice collection and well presented. Nice bags, and new colours

The most unfriendly and outrageous employees are at Högl! I wanted to return two pairs of shoes and get the money back, because according to a sign at the cash register you get a credit (credit = money back). However, the older employee, presumably the branch manager (who will be discussed below) did not want to pay the money out of me and explained the sign was misleading and then I would not understand the sign correctly. On the note that a credit was not a voucher, he did not even come in and stuck to his point of view that he could not pay it out to me and so far nobody would have complained about the sign. Either the customer tries to confuse the sign or the employee simply did not want to forego the commission. In both cases a no go. So far I have only been treated unfriendly because I don't wear the chic micki clothes like the rest of the customers, but that has made the barrel overflow. I will never buy anything here again.

We drove extra 100 km because lt. Internet the shoe from the Kitzbühel collection is in stock. Unfortunately we did not find anything like that there. The older salesman did not go into the subject at all and has just stubbornly argued that until recently it was still warm and therefore this collection is not yet in the house. And that on the 30th of November. We could stop by in the next few days. Is not a problem with a total of 200 km drive. Since we have the complete Kitzbühel collection and this model is still missing we just have to live with it. Shame actually because these shoes are very good. But in this case, NO better than there again.
