Asked lady about some shoes...but not a very interested seller..was more concentrated on cleaning the shop, instead of looking to help the customers.. Prices totally over the top.. Not keeping up with style and very very small assortments.. Nothing compared to Breuninger in Stuttgart and their assortment..and not forgetting approach to customers. Once again allot of staff but nobody greats you or offers you assistant..

Shop too full, hygiene measures not really observed. Little staff, the lady who served us was very unfriendly. Okay in terms of price. Bought 2 shoes, the 3 desired was unfortunately not available in the size.

I would rather give 0 ⭐! Bought a high quality shoe that broke within a week, I brought it back to trade it in. According to the statement, only repair possible, repair was faulty. Then they gave me a voucher, which I wanted to redeem but they didn't accept because the saleswoman no longer works there. The sellers get rude too. This is not the only incident I have seen there! I've rarely experienced such bad service.

Unmotivated staff, no question of advice. I felt totally out of place in the store. I already regret leaving the € 130 there, I will never go back there. The make-up boy who served me was a little angry with me because he had to bring me the fifth pair of shoes. Sorry, then they have to change something in your concept so that the employees do not have to get the second shoe. And the older lady in the store can't tell leather from synthetic. Her unfriendly and arrogant manner was the crowning glory. I certainly would not have had to buy the shoes there.

Very good selection and very competent advice from Mrs. Reichstadt-Vollmer: result - a satisfied customer with perfect matching shoes. What more do you want. Tip: Ask for Fr Reichstadt, then there should be no problems with the fit of shoes.
