Despite extensive renovation measures, unfortunately it has still not been possible to install a second transfer terminal. Unfortunately, I am always "lucky" to have someone in front of me who cannot cope with the technology, so recently I had to wait 35 minutes just to check my account transactions. Today it was a whopping 18 minutes. Unfortunately a permanent condition and very annoying. Since I know that many other customers feel the same way, please install a second device to shorten waiting times. Other banks can do that too. Otherwise nice and competent employees.

Parking garage for customers. Unfortunately not service oriented, little customer interest. Appointment was made by phone, in the branch no one knew what, but then after a consultant has found, I felt off breakfast. I lacked empathy and alternative offer. A pity, therefore, no customer of this bank
