We went to a funeral feast in the Südeck because the deceased loved being there. But what was held there with us on the occasion of his last honor was more than embarrassing. At the first meeting for the event, a price of € 300-350 for 25-30 people was estimated. Statement by Mr. Kantarevic: "No matter how many people come at the end, the soup is calculated on the 30 people because he cannot cook soup for each individual guest." In the end there were 35 people. Two days before the funeral, Mr Kantarevic called and said it was now necessary to limit the event to one hour as he had accepted another event for the same day. That was a huge cheek! But the worst thing was that at the end he presented an invoice for over € 500. For an hour, goulash soup, canapés, coffee and water. According to the bill, he asked for € 15 for a 0.7l pot of coffee. 🤔 If we had ordered a dish of the day at € 6.50 for 35 guests, we would have paid only € 227. Mr Kantarevic, if you use people's grief in your favor in such a way, it is naughty and unprofessional.

Dear Mr. Kantarevic, After many years as a guest in your house, we will never visit the south deck again. Be ashamed of taking advantage of the plight of others for your business. You are a rip-off. Oral price agreements are not kept. A hefty price increase of 200 EUR at a funeral service is very outrageous. Also, to inform a grieving family and the guests 2 days in advance that you can only stay 1 hour because another celebration has been accepted afterwards. Are you serious? 500 euros for 1 hour, a little, coffee, cheap sandwiches, water and goulash soup? We and all our guests were guests with you for the last time.
