As a regular participant of the yoga offer in the Yogazentrum-Rügen, I would highly recommend this yoga class to everyone. The lessons are offered by the yoga teacher Katharina Zaback very professional and at the same time very relaxing. I have been active and regular for several years and still enthusiastic. The offered lessons are a unique experience for each participant, as special aids for the different attitudes are offered. The most difficult and for me the biggest overcoming was the "bat" in which we hang upside down in the "wall" parts. If you can not imagine this, you should definitely try it yourself :-)
