Really beautiful experience. The castle is very well prepared for tourists and have a lot of information at the same time there is a lot of care going on to recovery and give maintenance so it is even getting better. You will find some beautiful peace’s of ceramic and architecture. Very recommended stop is the city nearby. Nice cafes and foods. The Indian restaurant is the best option for vegetarians. You will need 3 hours to visit the castle interior.

Fantastic castle and cathedral with a great bell, very well preserved, a lot to see. Modern museum with electronic info screns etc. We visited the tour for kids (happens twice a week) and it was interesting for my 7-year old too. + a Corona-related comment: we were really surprised that during the tour nether of two guides we had took care of masks and keeping safer distance, and neither did anyone of the staff pointed that out to the tour participants (1/3 of the grown-ups in the group didn’t wear masks, and none of the kids - although most of them were over 7!).

Great Looks from the outside and a great view over meissen and the surrounding. Don't know about the inside though

A beautiful and historical place to visit. . one of the most popular destination for a day trip from Dresden. .
