Advice, atmosphere and the staff, in my case Sophie, are really more than satisfactory. For a long time I was looking for a hairdresser with whom I felt in good hands. I found this person in Sophie. My ideas about a haircut and a new hair color were always implemented very well. Nevertheless, maintaining a good hair structure has always been the focus. Conclusion: I am more than satisfied and can only recommend the creative hairdresser Agater, especially Sophie.

Unfortunately I can only give one star. I came to the salon looking for help to adjust about three-quarters of my hair to my already 10cm outgrowth. My plan was to get my natural hair color back. I've been working towards it for three quarters of a year. When I had my appointment with Agater, everything was colored in, including the approach. I thought “ok, these are professionals, I'll trust”. After my hair had a complete reddish cast (yes, my hard-won approach too!) I got an appointment where it was improved again (that was very accommodating.). After waiting about 1.5 months I can now see that my natural hair color is zero with the dyed shade. My cold ash-blonde-brown (whatever) turns into a chestnut-reddish-brown with a thick edge! Not only my wallet has suffered (120 € for a visit to the hairdresser), but now also my self-confident demeanor. I don't feel beautiful anymore. That approach looks terrible. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this salon at all. All my work in terms of growing out has been ruined here and I can start all over again. And as a student, I don't have any money for a new visit to the hairdresser either, because I saved up the € 120 for one visit for a long time.
