The ambience of this hair salon is very modern and clean, but cannot rationalize away the unprofessionalism and arrogance!
Sometimes it is a sight to see how cheeky and brash she asks the trainees and employees to do jobs.
You have to ask carefully why the boss quotes her colleagues in her office during a discussion, whether professional or private, and why loud voices can be heard!
I've seen a colleague leave the shop crying.
The work ethic of the employees falls as a result ... you don't feel comfortable when, after loud discussion, you are led to believe that everything is good.
In addition, there is also the fact that the competence in explaining new haircuts leaves a lot to be desired.
As a customer you may not notice everything, but when it comes to starting an apprenticeship or a new career step there are certainly hairdressers with a better work ethic !!
