Terrible customer service
Absolutely unfriendly staff who greet their customers with arrogance and then piss them off for no reason. My partner then left. Would keep avoiding this place if I'm looking for a relaxed setting.
Have been here several times to have different cuts made. Always satisfied, even with my current one - plus split-dye dyeing, anything spontaneously possible. Contrary to some other reviews, I have never seen the staff unfriendly. Appointments are made quickly and I also got hold of it spontaneously last year.
Not recommendable! First, I was greeted rude and listless! I had a queasy feeling when I entered the salon. Then when cutting it turned out that my hairdresser had no idea what she was doing. For me, this shop is not even worth a star.
Then had to go to another salon to get a neat haircut.
Always friendly people, great advice and always good to great results!
Sometimes the hairdressers can't find a point when talking, but that's rarely bothersome. 🙌🏻
