Great staff.
Good selection, well sorted, incredibly dear employees. Here I was also gladly forgiven one or the other euro if I muddled a return. There is also a stable selection of drinks at acceptable prices. There is a small notebook on the counter, so the inclined customer can write in titles that are not yet in the range. The only small drawback: older Russian films often only have the Icestorm DVD versions with questionable localization and poor quality.
Competent staff, always friendly and courteous. Prices are also completely moderate, I like to pay to support such a shop :)
Cool little video store in Schleußig. The visit is worthwhile !. Nice people and pretty good selection of films.
After a few years, I rediscovered the Filmgalerie West and was there several times in the last few days. Every time someone else at the counter but always the same courtesy and willingness to help and advice.
Above all, I find it great no matter who can always make good film suggestions.
And the selection is huge.
