Absolute rip-off: For 3 pages black and white printing on A4: 3.18 euros !!!! Never again and no recommendation !!!! That is a cheek.

€ 4.50 for 10 pages b / w printing. Absolute rip off. I can print on photo paper for the price in the drugstore.

"There is almost nothing that can't be done" is the slogan of this print shop, and after visiting yesterday I appreciate the irony in it. My plan was to print a JPG graphic from USB stick on photo paper in postcard size 10x15cm matt. Actually no rocket science, you would think. The drama started with the preliminary information about prices. There is no social media presence, the website is not responsive and therefore cannot be used on smartphones. I just decided to go lucky and ask about the prices on site. A clearly visible sign in the shop: "Printing fee: We charge an extra € 2.50 for each print job" Why? Isn't printing what a print shop does? Great also the introductory conversation with the employee: "How big?" 10x15 "Have you ever measured that?" No "What grammage?" 260 "We have 170 and 300" etc. There was a print from a laser copier that was completely streaky. First explanation approach: "Because we took the thick paper". Still streaks on thin paper: "This is the finish". Third attempt still streaky: "The machine is bitchy today, I'll try another one". The fourth print was OK. The colors were not very differentiated, but at least we now had a reasonably uniform print image. But why do I get an A4 (21x30cm) sheet with the 10x15cm print in the middle of my hand when I have ordered postcard size 10x15cm? Would the cutting have cost extra? Or was that an unspoken suggestion for DIY? Conclusion: I had to cut out the print myself at home, the overall result is rather so semi. I will invest time and money again today to have this print made again in another printing house; Since yesterday's investment was for the ton, I don't even look at whether the VAT on the receipt was billed at 16% or 19%. Not recommended.

€ 2.50 fee for printing and an additional € 2.00 to scan (1 page). Too expensive, that's not possible!
