I can only join Julia B. As for the front desk staff very unfriendly and condescending demeanor. It has happened several times that I had to wait 2 hours despite the appointment and I don't think that works. Despite the long waiting time, all patients coming after me strangely came ahead of me even though I was through with the treatment in more than 10 minutes. So you lost me as a patient.

Dr. med. Zinke is a very nice and competent doctor, but her reception staff is unacceptable. Sneaky answers to serious concerns. Extremely unfriendly and condescending appearance. I work in a medical practice myself and if I were to deal with our patients like that, I would fly out of the box. There is need for action;)
