We had our first and last appointment here two months ago. They were friendly and appeared courteous, but they have simply not been available since then. We tried to call them several times, on days when they should be open, and this spread over the whole time of the day. Nothing. So there will probably be nothing more.

Very bad either 3 months waiting by appointment or waiting for 2 hours free of charge despite acute problems and not getting there. Then you get ready because you have not prepared yourself and prescribed creams in wrong doses that cost 30eu and help zero

You can't get more unfriendly

I would prefer not to award a star, but unfortunately there is no rating. I leave out long waiting times at this point, because they are there despite appointment. I made representations in practice, diagnosis was made on the basis of a visual inspection and then a small yellow piece of paper was pressed into my hand with the name of a bath additive and an ointment, available from the pharmacy. The doctor did not look at my skin, let alone listened to me and took time for me. For me, this practice is not worth a recommendation.

I had an appointment with my 14-year-old daughter, whom I should accompany on request, at 16:00. Shortly after 17:00 I asked how much longer we would have to wait because 2 patients were called before us who came after us. When we were finally in it, the doctor was very rude, has held a lighted magnifying glass for 2 seconds on my daughter's skin and that was the investigation !! She was more than uninterested in the problem of my daughter, did not talk to her, which she could have done at 14, otherwise she goes alone to the doctor. I suppose, if you can make private services and not so bold to ask, when it's your turn, then it could possibly be quite good. We were the first and definitely the last time !!!!
