Sometimes MAN (N) has to be forced to his luck. Or just get involved in something NEW. Especially if MAN (N) thinks that he has seen and understood everything in life as an engineer and world improver; o). Arrive in the middle. Always getting closer to this goal - for me that means yoga.
Initially a fixed idea to stay physically fit. I've been there for many years now. I usually attend one of the courses once or twice a week. Yoga is now part of my everyday life. I also came to Ayurveda through the lectures offered by Claudia.
Yoga and Ayurveda the perfect combination for me.

I highly recommend the yoga school of Claudia! Every hour is an enrichment for body and soul.
The rooms are bright and friendly and you feel comfortable in every course!
So just try a taster session and remember what you have to be happy was still missing (that's what happened to me).
Take a deep breath once a week, stretch, stretch and build strength for everyday life - that was missing during the summer break. Looking forward to the upcoming course and the many suggestions that it brings with it! :-)
Beautiful rooms, only friendly and competent yoga teachers and Claudia is wholeheartedly for your yoga school and everything that goes with it. I'm happy to be a student here!
