I traveled to Germany for business many times throughout the year, and each time I would buy a Guest Pass at the Gym. Each time I purchased a Guest Pass, the price would range between 20 - 30 Euro. On my last trip, an urgent business need arose which required me to leave Germany only 2 days after purchasing a 30 Euro 2 week Guest Pass. I asked the Manager if it would be OK with her if she would accept either we reschedule my Guest Pass for my next visit, or if I could receive a partial refund. Her response? "No!" After all the business I have given to this gym, this was totally disrespectful treatment.

Unfortunately, a very unprofessionally managed studio under incompetent management. Inquiries, whether via email or in writing, are ignored several times and deliberately not answered. A sad and unworthy behavior regarding customer loyalty and support. Members are good donors without exception. Definitely not a recommendation!

The best gym far and wide! More and better equipment is almost impossible - and that in Niefern :-) Gym80 + Hammer Strength professional equipment. The price is unbeatable for what you get "delivered" here on site. Open until midnight during the week - what more could you want :-) Keep it up! LG Max
