The yoga classes at Ute are wonderful. In a warm atmosphere, Ute brings us to total relaxation with her pleasant voice and her loving manner; it's like vacation from everyday life :). These yoga classes are highly recommended.

I attended an autogenic training course at Ute and learned a lot. Was worth it. Since then, meditate several times a week ... I am very happy if I can implement what I have learned for myself. I was also a few evenings in the course fantasy trip ... was also great. Ute knows how to convey the topics in such a way that I, too, have a great benefit as a beginner. Keep it up and thanks a lot!
