Despite the corona pandemic, they expect everything to come by and pick up or bring everything, be it a lost contract or whatever, just so that they can save time and money because they are too lazy to write a short email. Agreements over the phone are not kept or only to a limited extent. And later denied. The shop is zero cooperative when it comes to payments, even if the customer is on short-time work, has hardly any money to eat and has not been able to enter the studio due to Corona for months. Additional reminder fees are charged which amount to a third of the cost even though you know that the money is not there due to short-time work. The main thing is that you can cash in for services that are not made. I also think it's absolutely cheeky to be able to cancel such a contract only every six months with a 3-month notice period. How should I know if I will still be living there in 9 months, whether I will have a job or enough money to pay for something unimportant. Every electricity and internet provider is more flexible. Dear future customers, read the contract very carefully and thoroughly before signing it in the studio. There are other studios that can offer better deals.

Cool atmosphere, great prices and the sauna is also great, the air conditioning is also great, makes you want to exercise here!
