Extremely clean gym with attentive staff. Never used the personal trainer but it is provided for free with membership. Free weights, squat racks, many machines, huge cardio room, bike room and a separate room for aerobics.

Great place for beginners, old folks and medical students wanting to participate in group classes. The staff and trainers are exceptionally nice and make your time there fun and stress free..

The opening times are a complete disaster. You can't go to work out before work, the week ends at ten and on the weekend I don't come in when I'm on a shift.
