I am incredibly disappointed! Loyal customers of the castle pharmacy for years, but certainly not now. I was brushed off on the first trip to the pharmacy because they didn't have my medicine there. I had to get a second one from the doctor just to be rude by an employee saying "What do you bring me the same prescription, we don't have the medication". An alternative was only offered after the practice called the castle pharmacy itself.
