Lockers are simply closed because the branch is closed. Writing about it came on 9/24/20. Lockers should be vacated by October 1st, 2020 .... corresponds to 7 days !!! You have to look for a new locker yourself .... all branches in the area that supposedly still have one, say the small compartments Gr1 are broken and can only offer larger ones for a surcharge .... umpteen phone calls with multiple branches same result .. . wonder why they don't have to stick to contracts ..... and how should a working person do that with opening times in 1 week?

People don't count here. My husband tries to open a new current account. Due to the corona crisis, the branch has sent home and has to make an appointment by phone. One of the employees on the phone simply says "It is no longer possible and a nice day" without reason.

Unfortunately, no instinct for customers. I trained full time for 1 year. 1000 euro credit was not approved because no job. Totally ridiculous. Branch changed since man does not count anymore.

Can not connect with some opinions written here. Expertise, friendliness and individual advice are always on the agenda here. (My experience)

Often experienced for yourself: Customer service miserable - the employees at the counter are not able to carry out the simplest tasks. Even on presentation of all papers ID / account authority, etc., a nagging is organized as if one were a supplicant without rights. Tasks which were then clarified with the main office in 1 minute on the phone. Become in the future, this branch no longer enter, a negative advertising without equal. For almost 40 years I have my account there ....
